We carry a larger than average inventory of homes for sale which means we have buyer inquires coming in from many different sources including ad calls, sign calls, text messages, referrals, and internet leads. The Buyer Specialist is charged with making sure that any buyer questions are answered quickly and effectively. The Buyer Specialist also meets with potential buyers to determine their qualifications for purchasing and their specific desires for their home purchase. When a buyer chooses the home they want, the Buyer Specialist works closely with them to prepare an offer and then presents and negotiates the offer on their behalf. Once the offer is accepted, the file moves to the Transaction Coordinator who will walk the buyer step by step through the process from contract to close. The Buyer Specialist is always available to answer and questions or concerns that a client many have during the process. This specialized approach has created a smother experience for buyers who no longer have to share an agent's time with listing clients.
