Team Leader, Owner
Chris has been selling real estate since 1992 and his expertise in negotiation and finding the “win-win” for his clients has been the catalyst behind his success. He is an innovator in the Shreveport/Bossier real estate market, he was the first Real Estate Professional to bring the team concept to our area and he continues to search for new and innovative ideas for marketing and selling real estate. Chris graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from San Jose State University in 1989, he is an avid reader and enjoys exercising and mentoring new real estate professionals. He loves spending time with his wife Dana and their daughter Brinn.
A Shreveport native and attendee of Shreve Island Elementary, St. Mark’s Day School and Jesuit High School, Keith earned a BS in Business from LSUBR., After graduation he worked in the family business, DEE’S PHOTO SUPPLY, until closing it in 2008. He became a Realtor that year and a year later joined Keller Williams and the Chris Hayes Team. Keith has been active in the community through acting at Marjorie Lyons and other venues. He was an Event Chairman at the Red River Revel for 18 years and a past member of the Greater Shreveport Bossier Chamber of Commerce as well as the Shreveport Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau. Keith resides in the home that his father designed and built with Daisy, a beloved pit bull mix. Keith has always enjoyed sales and he finds being a Real Estate Buyer’s agent very rewarding.
Transaction Closing Coordinator
Melinda has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2013 with Keller Williams NWLA, she joined the Chris Hayes Team in 2015 as their Closing Coordinator. Since joining the team, Melinda has closed over 250 deals. A natural problem solver, Melinda’s calm demeanor and ability to juggle many tasks serves her well and she truly loves her work. Melinda enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level and treats each closing as if it were her own home. She is a Shreveport Native and knows the area and its people well. She loves the outdoors and can often be found cycling around town or walking the trail along the Red River. She loves spending time with her husband and children and finds joy in music, art, reading and all things Louisiana.
I am responsible for meeting with potential clients and sharing with them the process of how selling a home works by helping to identify a competitive asking price and explaining expectations of the Chris Hayes Team. I communicate with the client and when an offer comes in helping the seller negotiate the best possible terms and conditions. I am always available to answer any questions or concerns from a client.
